Finish accounting

Collect R8 samples, start digestion
W VAD, update records
C/W B6, set up new pairs, check
For SMF: organize papers, deal w/ blocks, clean up, move data off microscopes

9:50am : it's been 1h 30min since i last went off plan. Ie since i woke up. And some before bed last night. and it's time for church. Gotta go...

1:57pm : it's been 5h 37min since i last went off plan. Now i supported my wife for about 2hrs, and this was not specifically planned for this time today, but the plan is that she comes first, and unpredictable family needs are part of life and they come first, within reason.

3:56pm : it's been 7h 36min since i last went off plan. Plan is watch football, and do tasks while watching. Which i am doing. And i am checking in. To God be all the glory. He helps me daily. I depend on him.

From church today: as your days, so shall your strength be - Deuteronomy 33:24b

That means we dont pray for an easier time, rather god promises to give us strength, and grace, to match our situation. And: Day by Day. God wants me to go to him, hat in hand, each day. Lord you need to teach me to do this.

5:13pm : it's been 8h 53 min since i last went off my very easy plan today. Lord keep helping me.
