The meetings are only 15 minutes long (meeting format). Immediately afterward we coordinate check-in times for the day. Common times are 3:30pm, 5:30pm, and 9:30pm, but this varies day to day.

Online (Chatbox) Meetings

The online meetings are in the Meeting room of the Chatbox (click the Chatbox button at the top of the page). You must be a member of the Procrastinators Anonymous Web site to have access to the Chatbox. To enter the Meeting room, just click the Meeting tab. By default, you are in the Check-ins room when you enter the chat. The Meeting room is cleared after the meeting so there is no record of what is said.

Sunday Meeting:

This was the first Procrastinators Anonymous meeting and has been running continuously since 2007.

Sundays 7:30-8:30pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

Greenwich Mean Time is the time in Greenwich, England. The meeting time in the US changes depends on whether it's Daylight Savings Time. To find the meeting time in your location, use the world clock.
