HELLO everyone!
Had a huge day of activities yesterday, and spent the morning with the "in laws" (BF's family). I'm disappointed that I forgot the PA Meeting @ 2:30pm, but I have to remind myself that it was already a day where I was not following the plan, and had no way of reminding myself of it, and also was still quite tired from yesterday. SO, I'm semi-suceeding in not being mean to myself, and I read a book/had tea/took a nap for a while, which was quite nice.
Complete 1 cycle of 15 minutes each of:-- dishes-- clean
-- back exercise/practice
-- massage
Appointments:
(this evening) run
I will complete these, and then I will make the Christmas presents that I didn't purchase. Tomorrow I will wrap them, and Tuesday I will mail them.

Grateful for my progress, painful as it is, read Melodie Beattie talk about "after burn" feelings, ie not feeling good at time of success, this whole thing is so complicated, only my HP could resore me to anything. Grateful for connection at PA.

7:53am : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan. Thank you GOD for new beginnings. I NEED one right now. Somehow, uncharacteristically. I think i can jump in the shower and hurry thru my routine and get ready fast and get out the door on time. Seems like a divine intervention. When i get home...
8:04am : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan. woops, got distracted. running out of time. when i get home from church, plan.
4:45pm : v.hard day. It's been abt 50 min since i last went off plan. but my plan is "keep moving forward. do whatever you can." I can't pick MITs. I dont have the strength.

My sin today is weakness given the great gift of grace and infinite supply of strength that God provides. Weakness and dullness of mind and spirit. More shortcomings than acts of wrongdoing. So i am going to make my action commitments out of this verse:

:) 3. seek god's face
:) 4. turn from my weakness (step 1,2,3), serenity prayer, long version
5. as a result of thinking about this verse, i am reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, so i will make a list of things i'm thankful for.
1:07am : i am here cuz i feel the urge to use. I was on plan ( watch football, easy ) but after felt let down and urge to "use" so i wandered around the house for a while. I'm gonna make my grateful list.

I HAVE STARTED ON BEDROOM, CLOTHES ARE HUNG UP BUT THEY ARE ALL MIED UP AND NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE PLUS CLOTHES TAHT I WEAR ARE ALL MIED UP WITH CLOTHES I DON'T SO I'M GOING TO DEVOTE THE WHOLE DAY TO SORTING THIS OUT
PLUS I AM GOING TO GO THROUGH ALL DRAWS IN THE DRESSING TABLE AND THROW OUT STUFF I DON'T USE, AS A HOARDER I FIND THIS VERY HARD BUT I JUST FOUND 4 OPEN DEODERENTS AND I AM OFTEN LOOKING FOR ONE
AS TEDIOUS AS I FIND IT AND I AM UNMOTIVATED ALSO, I AM GOING WITH THE THEORY THAT AT LEAST THIS EVENING I WILL HAVE A CALM, WORKABLE BEDROOM, CLOTHES THAT I WANT EASY TO FIND, EVERY THING IN ORDER, THIS SHOULD CUT DOWN ON TIME GETTING READY TO GO OUT AS I WILL KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS
I JUST HOPE I DON'T RUN OUT OF STEAM BEFORE COMPLETING IT, MY PLAN IS TO PUT ALL CLOTHES I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IN THE SPARE ROOM FOR NOW AND DEAL WITH IT LATER...YEAH I KNOW LATER NEVER COMES BUT PERHAPS FOR NOW I JUST NEED SANITY IN ONE ROOM....THEN I NEED TO MAINTAIN IT...WHY CAN IN I NOT CHANGE HABITS???

very late now, i got a lot done
my sleep is late at the moment and there;s no point in trying to adjust it before the holidays
the streagy of not making a massive list today worked, i now have a v tidt bedroom BUT i only realised late afternoon that i was focusing on the bedroom to get out of doing the paperwork!!!
i'm learning more about this procrasting!!

today I have been out, bough veggies and plants, socialised and planned with others. Going out of the house is very important.
