kromer 3:30 a bit lost

I've been coming to the realization over the past week or so that I have sort of been floundering in grad school for the past year. I've learned a lot, but haven't really made much progress toward graduation.

Now that I've realized this, I can start working to fix it.

So, my first task for today is to take about an hour to go through all my current projects, identify road blocks/sticking points for each of them, and then figure out first steps to address those sticking points.

Next task is to organize my workspace, since I think that mess is holding me back.(Working on this now, have done 30 min work)

And then I want to make progress on some tasks (coverslip slides, deacon list)

If I have more time I'll start working on some of the "first steps" I brainstorm and/or make a schedule for next week.

Prayers & support ((kromer))

hope4meandu checkin (1:52PM)

Hi Fellows,

Very late start.

Here's today:
-dust & windex everything
-finish laundry (Goal Allegro, thank you!!)
-tidy up bathroom
-clean kitchen floors?????
-type out emails, etc. for ML and send them to her
-10 minutes of exercise
-send out resumes
-check emails
-call G & M
-send out an invitation card to the B's for a Sunday brunch.

So, so grateful that this week, today will be the 3rd time I've stretched/worked out. Also, so grateful that I'm here and it's Sunday!!

I think I'm comnig to realize that my procrastinating has lots to do with having or getting control, which I don't really have. And I guess in this "addiction" this has been quite challenging, because of course doing thins and deciding to do things should be something we all have control over??? Anyway, whatever.

Started Yoffee on her new antibiotic today, pls HP.

♥Prayers & guidance needed & appreciated for my Yoffee's healing.
