Some cannot access this site

Some people have not been able to access this site since Nov 14. I'm working on the problem Sorry!

PA website repair status as of April 11, 2014

Regarding the current difficulties with the P.A. Website:
(posting and registering, etc.)

PLEASE read the update from site admin "Pro" at following link:

NOTE: You don't need a facebook account to read that public post.

If you need to text that long URL to anyone, here is a shortened URL:

if anyone uses that abbreviated URL, it will go to the full URL. .

I don't have any more information. Please read Pro's message at that link.

Nobody, including Pro, has been able to start a new announcements thread.
Therefore,
I found this very OLD, OLD thread from 2007, and I'm replying to it ... as a place to put this.

NOTE: the site is NOT fixed yet. Please disregard the posts at bottom of page -- they are 7 years old.

site problem fixed

I believe the site problem is fixed now. If you can't log in (but you can see this), please send me email. Use the Contact page, or write to pro at this domain.

I still don't know how the problem occurred - suddenly some stuff got deleted from the database for no apparent reason.

site happily fixed

Pro, all looks fine: I am on from work and feel connected again!

thanks, pro

I am one of the folks who have  not been able to log in for a bit and I am noticing that I have not been able to at all from work, and that the usual tabbing between the username field and the password field are not working still: I needed to use a mouse to click into the password field to sign in just now. Tomorrow I will see if I can get to you from work. I did not know if there was something wrong with my settings, but I am glad to know it is not just me.

Thanks for all you do, Pro!

thank you to pro from movingalong

Thanks for fixing the site!  I've been away from the computer for past 14 hours.  Delighted to come home and find the site back  <grin>

Sorry I wasn't around to reply to that email.  Glad you figured it out.

Thanks again for having this site, pro.  It really helps us all.

thanks for letting me know!!

Moving - I'm really grateful you let me know about the problem. I'd have had no idea if it weren't for your email. The problem only showed up if you logged out (which I never do), and then tried to log back in.
