Move forward with confidence.

We are all there cheering you on.

KF mini checkin Sat 24th Aug 09:30am

Quick one today.

Today I will:

  • Check  and reformat exam
  • Re-write the forms for exam
  • make sure everything is labelled
  • fill out declaration
  • Scan everything not printed
  • Post exam before 11am not quite, but just in time. Gave myself a heart attack trying to get everything together and it takes twice as long as you think. And I've no idea if I remembered to include everything or change things that I amended late. Anyway, in their court now. The worst that can happen is I have to pay £43 and do another exam. Not the end of the world.

I'm back - and ready to take each day at a time.

I admit I am powerless over the effects of my procrastination and debt and that my life has become unmanageable.

I realised afresh that a Power greater than me can restore me to sanity.

I have recommitted my will and my life over to the care of God.

 Today:

A good sleep and woke myself refreshed - devotion.

breakfast with friends - no money spent.

1130- check in and aims for today - not a whip but a guide or light in the darkness of today.

1200 - antibiotics - one chapter, finish online notes

40mins "On" 20mins "off time"

 During "off time"

- flowers for memorial tmr

- compose email for gina,

- contact stafflink

- look at xigent site

 -reply to sheree

- unpack filing boxes and clothes in wardrobe

lunch at 1330 w 1 veronica mars episode

day over at 630pm - checkin then - movie night w Kat & shane...

Its not about the tasks, its about the 'flow' and listening to the moment.

Its not about the money, its about listening to the simplicity of need & contentment.

Matt 6

Do Not Worry

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[e]?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

 Matt11

25 At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. 26 Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

@Unstuck-ing

Great verses, thank you. I needed that. That matt 11;28-29 gets me every time. So poetic. So penetrating. So on target. Thanks.
