Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
Already started this once, and lost it due to procras. A good reminder... A lot to do this week and next in terms of work and non-work stuff. I can do it. It's good to be busy and productive and I can keep on track.
Today I will:
Have a shower
Put wash on
Walk to drop off parcel (8.45)
Have EBs done
Do WD work (at least 10 poms) done 8/10 (not bad in the face of provocation)
Finish off LP work (1 Pom)
Hang wash
Get washing back in
Webinar (45 mins) Gave up after 20 mins due to rubbish sound.
The one thing, the only thing, i can do impulsively is write something on my todo list.
The one thing, the only thing, i can do off plan is recovery, something to maintain my sobriety, when tempted. I have come to believe that it is more important to maintain sobriety than to get things done.
Abstinence from relying on self. AA Big Book says to rely on God. Quoted in my bookmarks : scroll down to "AA Big Book on fears : relying on God not self-reliance:"

--- been more efficient and squeezed in more work hours
Were we thinking of ourselves most of the time?
--- about 50-50. Lord help me improve, but tx that it was better than ystd.
Or, were we thinking of what we could do for others, of what we could pack into the stream of life?
