Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
I have done some things today, even though it feels like nothing.
Done:
-in a kind way, defused partner who was mid-meltdown & sent him gently out to relax at the ocean (before I got too freaked at his angry rant, which was not directed at me, but still)
-played & hung out with son for almost 3 hours while partner calmed down
-did more research on school districts, apartments, etc.
-had email exchange with bankruptcy lawyer
-returned call re: medical records, re-faxed request
-cleaned up kitchen a little
-did a little research on cat's symptom & what to do about it
-showered & dressed
-ate breakfast & lunch
-returned gmail accounts to how they used to work, pre-tabs
-wrote out sympathy card
Thank you dear jalla... I need that serenity to accept the things I cannot change - but perhaps expand on the things I can- not be so defeatist!
Very tired again today, practically no work done this morning.
i can't change the fact that I haven't done that work.
most important this afternoon is to get the house into a fit state and to write a letter of appreciation to T.
bedroom: put laundry and clothes away, make bed- 30 mins
kitchen: clear draining board, wash up, tidy benches and table -30 mins
Cup of tea and letter to T 30mins
living room: put books away, sort papers on ttable, 30mins
take out rubbish, prepare flowers 30 mins
prepare and eat meal

THINGS I DID WELL TODAY
kept my concentration and rang ST through
tidied and washed up
THINGS I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
oh dear, where do I start. Certainly breaking myninternet taboo this morning was a really feeble thing to do, and then having a nap. I will have to try extra hard tomorrow to resist - as once I have broken a good habit it is much harder to reintroduce it, And I must get into an earlier bed time habit and not drink coffee after lunch time.
