My Day Today

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

I want to thank Blue-eyes for starting this trend.

Things I have done today

1. Went to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

2. Washed up

3. Got dressed

4. Went to group therapy at 9 a.m.

5. Ate breakfast

6. Went to the vocational group at 11 a.m.

7. Went to the library

8. Did numbers

Things I will do today

1. Send an e-mail to my OA sponsor

2. Go to the EA meditation from the past days through today

3. Go to the taped OA meeting

4. Go to the taped CLA meeting

5. Cook and eat dinner

6. Go to the 6 p.m. telephone OA meeting

7. Read and write the assignment for tonight's ACA meeting

8. Go to the 8:30 telephone ACA meeting
