  • The one thing, the only thing, i can do impulsively is write something on my todo list.
  • The one thing, the only thing, i can do off plan is recovery, something to maintain my sobriety, when tempted. I have come to believe that it is more important to maintain sobriety than to get things done.

Given myself and my will to God thru recovery sooner / more.

THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR (everything i "did well" comes from god, either thru gifts he's given me or the way he's transformed me)

The disk install when faster and better than expected, after going slower and worse than expected last 4 days.
And i got there on time.
And my morning went faster.
And after 2 successes, after returning home, i did not let my feeling of accomplishment make me feel like everything was done and i could just goof off.
I warded off a severe urge to go off plan. 8:30-10:30pm. Gosh it was bad. Strong.
I am looking forward to my meeting tmrw. Chance to have pre-planned, bounded creativity and expression.
Thankful for staying on plan thruout the evening.
Finishing "Bible" series finally (had it on TiVo).
