THINGS I DID WELL TODAY
I had a terrible appt and i felt emotionally drained, bankrupt. I was in serious danger of sinking into a zero-motivation vortex. Could have lasted hours, even days. But God has transformed my mind, and i recognized it for what it was, and i read "15 points for the self-aholic to consider when confronted with the urge to rely on self, not God" and it lifted me out of my funk, and make me trust God wholeheartedly again, and gave me a positive outlook. This was a huge recovery win for me today.
THINGS I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
Not needed to have to read "15 points", but have more automatically turned to God when i was i need. God help me do this next time, or in the future.
THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR
My recovery win (see above)
