The one thing, the only thing, i can do impulsively is write something on my todo list.
The one thing, the only thing, i can do off plan is recovery, something to maintain my sobriety, when tempted. I have come to believe that it is more important to maintain sobriety than to get things done.

THINGS I DID WELL TODAY
packed days fri and sat and i used Isa 40:31 "those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength" to keep me going many times each day.
THINGS I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
spent 1/2 hr watching tv sat which was off plan.
THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR
God's help. Church tmrw. The opportunity to work and help ppl.
When will I learn that things go better if I bookend here? Have had a few days when I've known exactly what I have to do - just a couple of tasks to plough through. But unless I check in here, I spend an anxious night waking up worrying about them!
Here's Friday
