I have not read the whole book, but listened to many podcasts and being kind to self seems impossible,however I can accpt who I am/am not, do not have to like it, and start here, now one minute at a time.  Grateful to have a place to "show up" regardless not getting it all done. thx all

Journey 9:15

In the office today, getting ready for meeting in 15 minutes, then another meeting right after.   I'll try to multitask during the first meeting and finish my todo list for the day :)   Checking back after the 2nd meeting with a plan for the rest of the day. 

Update 11:45 ugh second meeting was loooonnggg.   Taking a 30 minute lunch break, then work on Project M for one hour.   

Update 2:15 Got a lot done on Project M.   Now one hour on Project C and one hour on Project V, then I gotta get out of here a little early today to drive to my daughter's house, but I'll also have to be here early in the morning to avoid that horrible traffic so I should have time to finish everything up tomorrow.   I probably won't check in again unless I get stuck.   See ya!

Thanks, Jalla, and hello, everybody.

My main focus this week is to do something about all the papers I've accumulated. My husband also has his piles, so we divided the dining room table, put my piles on one side and his one the other, and are having a race this week, complete with prizes. This is a straightforward problem with a straightforward solution--all I have to do is put in the time. 

The second thing I've been struggling with is much more complicated. I can't get my mojo back for my writing. I have trouble starting and maintaining interest, and then the time is over. So I'm trying to get the spark back. Tough. I have to keep reminding myself about small steps. 

So...20 minutes left of my writing time. I'm going to focus on just keeping my fingers moving as much as I can.

All my other to-dos are on a paper list.

Yesterday did not go as I would have liked. Mornings and getting going are difficult for me. To be honest I shouldn't checkin until I've showered etc as the PC is too much temptation.
