Today is the day that I make real progress on my work that is due on Monday. I will keep in mind that it is a draft and that there is no one perfect way of writing it. The goal is to do 6 pomos before lunch. And then just keep going :-)

It's been 21hr 04min (since 11:40am yesterday) since i last relied on self, and the nighttime counts cuz i was up for 4hrs with insomnia, and i prayed the whole time.

It's been 21hr 26min since i last relied on self, and hopefully never again.

10:27am : It's been 1min since i last went off plan. Thank you God for infinite new beginnings.

Journey 8 am

In the office today and getting an early start but skipped exercise.   I drove in from my daughter's house - unfamiliar drive in an unfamilar car in the rain and in the dark!  It was a stressful start to the day but I did get a good night's sleep cuddling with my adorable granddog.   I have a lot to do today but no meetings scheduled so I should be able to focus on just Getting Things Done.   I will go out for my regular Friday lunch with friends which will be a nice break. 

Right now I'll check email and make a quick todo list - it's pretty straightforward today, there are several things that must get done before the weekend.   Then a couple hours focused work on Project V.

Morning all. Yesterday wasn't a great day for productivity, although in terms of important or scary things done, you could say it was a great day. Got good sleep last night, which helps.

Today I have already:
