Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
I'm trying to breathe through the constant anxiety. I mean, I feel physically filled with dread every minute.
Yet again, I can't pay my bills.
The house owner where I'm staying apparently wants me out, as do the teens who live here. They apparently don't like me, which is fine because I don't like them either. They are slovenly slobs. I might have another opportunity to move to a nicer place though near here. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
So, late on the rent, late on the phone, late on the car insurance. Late, late, late, late.
I am dealing with my work paralysis with God who understands that it exists because of early childhood trauma and trauma from the hell of the last 4 years, not to mention the last decade.
I am trying to realize that there are significant reasons why I have behaved with this sick level of avoidance. Issues with fear of (human) authority seem to be the biggest.
Thank you to my Higher Power, the Lord Jesus Christ, for continuing to protect me, giving me safety and comfort. I love you, God, for all you have done and continue to do for me.
I have a longer list and will be away from the computer, but the main to do is getting though that list and do so with confidence in the outcime and without feeling shame when I am vulnerabe.

Progress, not perfection.
Consistency over emergencies.
Do the thing that feels healthy, not "shouldy" or escapist.

Great quote, thanks.
