11:04am : it's been 1 min since i last went off plan, playing a game. It is not costly, i just miss out on visiting time. But it is not on plan.

11:22pm : it's been 19 min since i last went off plan.
2:05pm : the opportunity to play games came up and that's the goal and value of being on vacation, so i shifted my order, deliberately. I decided. I knew i would decide that if the opportunity came up. but now i can't face packing. But fortunately i checked in here and quiet time is next up.
7:39pm : i'm not on plan. but i'm ending my off plan task. bookend.
7:46pm : reach out call received. 7 min. bookend. done. i can be considered on plan now. 8 min.
8:28pm : received support call. Lord, help me be your hands and feet. This person wanted to chat and analyze, but i recognize that as a procrastination / addiction urge in myself, so i very politely suggested we do another stint of work. That was well received, and i can see that God is with me. And so it's been it's been 50 min since i last went off plan. still working on ending the off-plan task. (ending it is on plan.)
8:53pm : bookend done. end of of-plan task. now fully on plan. It's been 1h 15min since i last went off plan. pa 12step chat mtg in 7 min.
9:54pm : out reach call... bookend...10:03 = 9 min.
10:03pm : it's been 2h 25min since i last went off plan. That's miracle. God truly gives new beginnings.
