Lennon, perfect thread starter for me today! As I logged on to PA, I was thinking that I needed to use the chatbox to get myself to do a particular task ASAP. Imagine my surprise when I saw your words of wisdom for today...

Taking things one day at a time and facing my realization of a nasty habit/addiction.  I have to fight it, to become better for myself. My day today.

x Take it easy as my priority is to go out to a concert this evening where a friend of mine is singing.

I didn't feel too well and went to the concert where there was no heating and left at the interval when I felt unwell yet again. I am now home safely in bed.
Phoned friend to explain why I had left early.

Also earlier dealt with mail and reposted incorrectly delivered mail, some emailing, and some CBT work on going out this evening (I am not comfortable going out to concerts and similar things)

It has been sometime since I have been here but I have 3 major project that are due that I do not what to procrastinate on so I am thinking it would be benefical to begin to work on them here. My goal is to accomplish the task well before they are due. I have not set any dates yet will need to work a bit on each project to see what I will need to do. 

My first task is to prep for my final exam which I will take on Monday but need to prep over the weekend so that I am not last min cramming 2 hours before.

7:55am : it's been 5 min since i last went off plan. Only for a few min. I've been mostly on plan this morning with a couple short exceptions.

This verse confirms the Step 3 and Step 12 for me.
