Calculated that I need to work 25 hours between Monday and Thursday (Inclusive) in order to pay my car payment, my rent payment and the parking fee. That's roughly 8 hours on Monday and Wednesday and 4.5 hours on Tuesday and Thursday.

it's been 1hr since i was last off plan. Ie went to be last night off plan.
this morning is better, but god i pray for restoration.

it's been 3 min since i was last on-plan. Before that, 3h 40m off plan :(
when that happens, i prepare to receive god's help to fight the bad, debilitating guilt. He forgives me, after all.

i went off on a bender again. A better bender, but still a bender. It's been 2 minutes since i last went off plan. And i set my face to the rest of my life to live on plan.

I keep getting derailed by illness and stress ... some days all I can do is sleep and others all I can do is frantic, obssessive displacement activities, like a zoo animal pacing up and down its cage.
Today I don't know if I'm lethargic or tired - do I need to be active or rest?
But it's beautiful weather, so I'm going out for a short walk and I'll see how that goes. If it revives me I'll come back and put together a programme for today. If it exhausts me I'll go back to bed.
Good! It invigorated me!

Put clothes in the wash.
