good day with PA. went to meetings. several ckins. missed some.

didnt get anything done, however, 1st 1/2 of day. plus had some major interruptions.

But by god's grace, the 2nd half of the day was more productive than usual. I'm thankful for that flow. Thanks God. I needed that ;)

now... VP debate... and i will at least watch commentary after in bed. Lord give me strength.

21. to gently work through any unpleasant withdrawal symptoms from any increased productivity today Thursday as I move to recovery from my debilitating addiction to procrastination & compulsive task avoidance to alacrity and task perseverance. Be clear with, loving and forgiving to myself. And when I am up to it to gently analyse how to describe this fear that grips me, to love the neglaected baby in me, cherish him, and ask what he needs. And to simply note this down.
