Today was the 2-year anniversary of my blood transfusion. I'm really upset that my life is in the state it's in since then. I really thought by now things would have turned around for the better, but in fact, things got much worse since then.

I'm asking God to heal my broken heart, all the emotional wounds of the past 2 years and prior, and fill my body with new life energy. I lost so much, had so much taken from me, and I need you to make me new and whole again, in every area of my life. 

I doubt that I'm any healthier now than I was when hospitalized then, mostly because of lack of money and too much stress, causing poor lifestyle. 

So, since you handle the impossible, Lord I'm telling you that I have reached impossible, the end of myself, and in keeping with Step 3 I turn my will and life over to your care. Amen.

I am already feeling really behind this week. I will just work steadily and see how much I can get done.

*Call up/down times for each gene (45 more min) (working on this now)
*Compare up/down all, RA resp., make simple graph/slide  (1.5 hr) (will do this soon)
*Look at genes in each cat (1.5 hr)
*Go to gc subgroup (2 hr)
*Look for small t. slides (1 hr)

i did step 2. I worked on to MIT's at work.

I did another clean up task that was not-MIT. But i think it will help my group. And help me next time. Borderline.

Now i have to finish ML-r and then go to bed at 11. I doubt i will have the courage.

i think god gave me a plan. go to bed with something to read. and eat, altho i know that's not healthy. it gets me to bed. and tv to go to sleep to. I think all that will do it for me today.

19. to gently work through any unpleasant withdrawal symptoms from any increased productivity today Wednesday as I move to recovery from my debilitating addiction to procrastination & compulsive task avoidance to alacrity and task perseverance. Be clear with, loving and forgiving to myself.
20. start getting ready for bed at 11pm to wind down and develop bedtime anticrastination to be asleep by midnight. Was sort of  successful last night (in bed by 1am), so be careful of pride before a fall.

21.33 update

today was a cpmplete washout, was tired cold amd ill. had to go to bed and fell asleep for a few hours, now i'm feeling negative, i know i must pick up. i also know that i was ill due to day's of eating very little, this putting off eating is all of my procrastination.

so far in my day's plan i have just put 'eat' sheduled around other things, well maybe i should reverse that

i have been been very under weight in the past through not eating properly

i need to release my anxiety around food, the last couple of years i havn't eat well pruely because of poverty, it's heat or eat and little else.
