Really a blech day. Not much got done. Felt off all day. I'm going to try to salvage an hour, get to bed early and start fresh tomorrow.
Still tired and feeling very lethargic. I shall start with what I've already accomplished this evening:
write and post card for B send apologies for tomorrow to J collect a bit more rubble scan and post In Memoriam pic on FB for Dad eat pray at a reasonable time instead of leaving it till I'm half asleep make a start on the next stage of my Chinese top

Gratitude to all daily checker-iners. Good start to the day, did 1st half morn rit, then face planning the day and chose to procrastinate, checked out 1.25 hrs or so, then decided to start the day over, finished planning day and starting now with first rd pomodoro, intend to do eve rit. I consider that fact that I'm starting again instead of just giving up a solid PA success. Thanks to you all.
Real substantial trust will come from real substantial doings.

Am just sitting down to do today's work, as day was taken by unexpected business calls and some impulsive grocery shopping. So, here's a drastically revised list to what i intend to do for the rest of the day (only 6 hours left before bed time).

3. eat healthy snacks and dinner (as short bursts in between longer stretches of work)

Somehow I lost my (long) post just then, so now it will have to be a quick one. I think the main point was that if I work hard today I will finish my projects, I won't have to do paid work on the weekend and it will be MUCH better.
