Really a blech day. Not much got done. Felt off all day. I'm going to try to salvage an hour, get to bed early and start fresh tomorrow.

  • pray at a reasonable time instead of leaving it till I'm half asleep

Gratitude to all daily checker-iners. Good start to the day, did 1st half morn rit, then face planning the day and chose to procrastinate, checked out 1.25 hrs or so, then decided to start the day over, finished planning day and starting now with first rd pomodoro, intend to do eve rit. I consider that fact that I'm starting again instead of just giving up a solid PA success. Thanks to you all.

Real substantial trust will come from real substantial doings.
