Not doing well, but showed up & got a gift -- both bosses are out today!! Taking actions to help my situation, thank HP!! Need help to work out when I get home, I DON'T WANT TO - haven't all week due to real $ problems, not unhappy though that I couldn't.

Today:
-workout
-send M email b'day card
-food shop
-send resumes

OK, I'm exhausted today. I've benn working really hard the past week and I think my mind sort of needs a break.

So, today is mostly about re-grouping, doing easy mindless stuff, getting myself set up for good work. I'll do as many of the following as possible
*Go through stuff on school computer, figure out if I need to recover hard drive
*Check on expts
*Place orders (h202, maybe more RA, PK, mice, timer, replacement PCR supplies)
*Organize bench, lab nb, and desk  (inc. washing bnech)
*Send out proposal+ Qs
*Deal w/ email
*Work on MB project

*Plan IHC

Just showing up is enough for me today. The changing weather has given me a cloudy brain and sinus headache. Besides . . . it's Friday! :-)

I will likely print off a little more research to be reading over the weekend, but am making no other commitments for today.

It's going to be a long weekend here. Weekend commitments:

- swimming at 12:00 Saturday
- start readings/notes for persentation/paper (these are 2 separate projects)
- do something else active on Monday (maybe drive up to Westport to hike on the mountain?)

EDIT: AND PHYSIO! GOSH, NO WONDER I NEVER GET IT DONE . . .

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

2. Take shower

3. Get dressed

4. Get my brunch ready for the day and eat it

5. Go to the 8:30 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

6. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

7. Go to class at 10 a.m.

8. Go to my Internship at 1:30 p.m.

9. Go to the bus station and buy a March bus pass

10. Go get some dinner and eat it.

11. Go to work at 5:30 p.m.

12. Go to the 10 p.m. telephone DA meeting

13. Do numbers

14. Write a list for tomorrow

15. Get my clothes ready for tomorrow.

16. Send Al-Anon literature for today
