pro's CI - 9:30pm

I've gotten as far as washing the dishes and taking out my contacts. I'm dawdling. And I'm getting tired. I really need to pack tonight...

pro's CI - 8:40pm (evening tasks)

I'm driving out of state tomorrow right after work, and I want to pack tonight so I'm ready to just go as soon as I'm done working. But of course, what I really mean to say is that I want to be packed, not that I actually want to do packing (if you know what I mean). So I'm posting here to give myself a little push.

Amy

Good job Amy! I hope your day goes well tomorrow (:

good job, Amy!!

It's pretty common for people with procrastination issues to have a very distorted sense of time and how long it takes to do things. One way to work on that is to keep a time log. I did it for a while and it really helped.

Checking in here more frequently can help, too. Break the to-do list into subgoals, and check in for each one.
