I'm clocking in about my routine: brush teeth, shower, exercise (at least cardio video X2 + steps for the day), breakfast, pills.

I was good about not using media yesterday (other than 10 min on Twitter), but did not quite make the eight hours on the clock, because I passed out.    I am commiting to NO outside media until I am done with my 8 hours of work. Exceptions: media used for working out, posting my work out, PA, any scheduled 12 step meeting, listening to my book during the downtime.

I'm going to start the dishwasher.

I went on Twitter for like more or less an hour.  As they say in my other program, I'm going to, "just resume." I'm going to brush and floss my teeth.  THen I"m going to do my cario video.  THen I'm going to take a walk.  Then I'm going to get back here and eat dinner, and work on my project.  I so much want ice cream or a coffee or something. So I'll cut a deal with myself, if I am on my walk and still want ice cream, I can get that or whatever cute drink they serve at the movie theater.

Apropos of a phone call I had, I'm feeling nervous b/c my dentist's assistant called and said she was talking to my dentist about my tooth and saying they would both come in on a Saturday to work on my tooth.  I really don't think this is ncessary.  I think I should only schedule a cleaning, and then come back with my mom if it's the right thign to get a filling fixed.   I also think I should get the dentist's assistant to get a pre-auth from my insurance company.

  3. Review yesterday's and carry forward anything left undone DONE

      1. anticipate questions re 2016-2021 - write down my answers 
      2. get out the original document and compare with the curren tdocument
      3. Highlight the headings
      4. Highlight the ones I do and don't have material for 
      5. Decide which ones I need to work on most
      6. Write down any qus I have 
    2. Complete and email sheets to Louise Chaisty
    3. Brain dump on CTD stuff
    4. Brain dump on BSID stuff and then review my notes
    5. Turn phone back on at 17:00 
    6. Meeting with Chaplaincy at 19:30
