I'm clocking in about my routine: brush teeth, shower, exercise (at least cardio video X2 + steps for the day), breakfast, pills.

Because I ended up gaming too late last night, and doing other things yesterday, even though I got done some very important work things, and because I do not want to go down the ecommerce/shopping rabbit hole, I am commiting to NO outside media until I am done with my 8 hours of work. Exceptions: media used for working out, posting my work out, PA, any scheduled 12 step meeting, listening to my book during the downtime.

Turning off audiobook and turning on cardio video.

(2:23pm)

Finished cardio video.  Now drinking rest of tea, before brushing and flossing my teeth.  Setting timer.

(5:52pm)

Done with walking and steps.  Done with squats.  Posting about workout.

(6:02pm) Right now i have the timer going, I'm going to set the timer for 20 minutes of highly focused work.  First thing is to write the logic for the exceptions.

(7:09 pm) DID 2X 20 minutes of work.  Now I need to write a memo to boss about how local and global don't match.
