(x) Prepare stuff & plan for next day

(x) Turn off computer by 11pm, almost. left it only on, to bookend.

8. PA meeting at 4pm 

9. Dinner circa 5pm 

10. PA meeting at 6pm and continue working thereafter with checkins 

11. Need to go to bed by 11:30pm
