_Sophias Plan for the day

(-) get up on time, no going back to bed : NOPe slept an aditional hour

(x) eat and drink something, dishes

(x) get ready

(x) leave on time for apt YES! i was even 5 mins early!

(x) errands before work

 

Afternoon:

(x) Lunch, dishes

(x) go through old paper

(x) prep dinner

() practise (not enough time...)

(x) leave on time for r (more or less)

 

Evening:

(x) put dinner in oven (if managed to prep) put it in to late :/ now i can't eat right after training :(

(x) training

(x) dinner&dishes

(x) do the family thing

not bad. just whish i would have gone to bed an hour ago, it s now 1 am....
