1. readings for today - done and notes written for today and yesterday DONE

2. Nanosteps - break down each piece of remaining data and number in order of decreasing importance DONE

3. Write words to describe each nano piece of datum into results chapter DOING

4. Keep going on 3 til finished everything DOING

5. Write any random ideas which pop in during this writing into thought record DOING

6. Jog even for 5 mins during daylight hours -did pilates instead x 25 mins

7. Support E today DONE

8. PA meeting at 4pm DONE

9. Dinner circa 5pm DONE 

10. Forget re bedtime just keep going til it's done just this once - meet that deadline IDEALLY BY 10:00 TOMORROW BUT AT THE LATEST 12:00 TOMORROW I choose to meet this deadline tomorrow chohw
