I did my evening routine (having fallen asleep watching TV around 10pm and then woken up at 1:30am). I'd wanted to do some more work earlier in the evening, but knew it was pretty unrealistic. I did just prepare my to do list for tomorrow.
X eat breakfast/take vits X watch taped tennis and turned it off when it was over X put music CD on X make bed X wash face/brush teeth/fix hair X get dressed X empty garbages X dust bust bathrooms/entry X read email X catch up here from Fri. X bit of filing X pay bill X take recycling downstairs X update daytimer/calendar X eat lunch X watch tennis this aft - same match as I taped and watched earlier, so I'm reading and making notes on "Too Perfect" X make food guide/recommended servings chart for control journal - R did this for me as I'm not too good with Excel X looked through some decorating mags and recipe books while watching TV X feed cat X make supper X do dishes X take recycling downstairs - R did this - walk with R X watch TV program & tennis X check email X wash face/brush and floss teeth X in bed by 11pm X read before sleep - I'm off to do this right now
Today I'm thankful that: R is really joining in some of the new routines I've set up to keep up with the cleaning etc. without my asking him to. He even liked the food guide chart he made for me so much that he made one for himself too.
I'm only listing the few tadas I had today. I didn't do much past these few items listed.
Good night everyone
Tada:

I'm back from my out-of-town day trip. My interviews went well. It looks like I'll probably get this job. Well, maybe I shouldn't say that - I'll jinx it.
I'm emotional burnt. About all I have energy to do now is zone out then go to bed. My main task for this evening is to get to bed early - not procrastinate on my bedtime routine.

Hi All, Had a pretty productive day, gratefully!! Afraid it won't continue.
Monday morning TO DO: Get up at 7:00 AM Do laundry. Do 1/2 hour workout tape. Hopefully get to work by 9:00 AM Did it all!!
AAAH, she's looks drunk!!
Dilemna: it's hard for me to do an aerobic workout (and this is a short, light tape) so early in the a.m. I have my yoga tape, which is perfect, but I don't want to be tied down to that one, and it's long. If I leave my workout until later on, I get anxious and spend the whole day worrying if I will do it. We really need to get a DVD player, but don't have funds.
Tuesdays TO DO: Up at 7:00 AM Do extensive beauty routine. Walk Munchkin. Either do 10/15 minute workout or yoga tape. Be in the City by 10:30 AM Do work that I'm not being paid for at home. Take Munchkin for a long walk in a new neighborhood. Really clean kitchen, possibly including oven. Empty out living room drawers to make more room, possibly. I need another job, got to get another job!!
So, I finished my morning routine, prepared a mailing that had to go out today, and got myself to a cafe. So worth it! I have found, almost invariably, that if I try to write at a cafe, I get something done & I do not procrastinate. I may not be wildly efficient, but I actually *do* work and accomplish much more than the average day when I stay in my home office. I also ran a couple errands & went for a physical therapy appt (last one for a minor injury). Feeling pleased with myself. :-)

I have a hard time checking in on Friday nights and weekends, especially the weekends that I work.
Today I will take as a sort of "day off" so I don't have much planned.
Alarm set for 8:00am - up at 8:20
X eat breakfast/take vits X watch taped tennis and turned it off when it was over X put music CD on X make bed X wash face/brush teeth/fix hair X get dressed X empty garbages X dust bust bathrooms/entry X read email X catch up here from Fri. - deal with pile on counter - eat lunch - watch tennis this aft - make food guide/recommended servings chart for control journal - feed cat - make supper - do dishes - take recycling downstairs - walk with R - watch TV program - wash face/brush teeth - read before bed - in bed by 11pm
I don't have time to make lunch, and don't really have anything here to make it with, so I'll buy it. I'm leaving now. I'll be offline all day.
Rising time: 5:45am Empty dish drain. Shower and dress. Make bed (convert futon from bed to couch). Make and eat breakfast. Wash dishes. Lay out pills for day. Take pills - dose 1 of 3. Take pills with me (I'll be gone all day). Pack water and book to read. Make sure I have tickets and itinerary.

I'll be offline all day.

Good morning. I didn't set my alarm last night. I was so tired yesterday, I fell asleep early. In my groggy state of mind, I talked myself out of setting the alarm, not remembering I needed to for consistency's sake. But I have good news. I woke up at 5 am anyway. It seems my internal clock has finally made the change to 5 am. I'm delighted about the change, but, I'll still continue to set the alarm each morning. I want to continue to reinforce the new habit.

forgot AGAIN
I again forgot to take my pills today. I'm getting pretty consistently bad about this. I have to get back on the beam.
I took one dose in the morning, and I don't want to take more now, right before bed, because then I'll have to get up in the night. :(
