What I really need to press on with: Step 4. Haven't touched it for a fortnight.

  • get up a bit later, need to top up sleep bank. 9am.
  • finish bedroom sort-out.
  • walk dogs first.
  • mindfulness meditation class.
  • return books to library.
  • find a birthday card for M.
  • check flights and confer re dates
  • chase up refund.
  • book massage!!
  • Get some uni work done (perhaps even finish something?)
  • get to my commitment in time

And finish the day with Friday's check-in posting, and have an early night, at last.
