I have some time off school- although I have plenty to do.
School stuff
-organize notes
-email math prof
-email acoustics prof
-work on (finish?) assignment 2 262
-chunks of C
-interview reflection
-revise resume/cover letter
-presentation for tues
-any other missing assignment for 273
Life stuff
-break out winter clothes (yes I know it is almost December)
-chunks of organizing
-thank you notes for Connor's birthday
-fun stuff w Connor
So glad to be reminded that it is OK not to be perfect. Thank you jalla. This morning still a little confused with several important things going on in my life. Also decisions to make. I don't do decisions and I need to.

x Washing machine on and hang up when space
Put fuses back in plugs and look for spare fuses - can't find spare fuses or top of plug?

x Sort dates for carol concerts
x Sort dates for carol collection
x Go out to flat and meet chippy and later electrician, pay, give him keys and finalize details - no electician who phoned and couldn't make it but chippy is working there tomorrow

I can totally relate to what you said: "doing more and more detailed and unnecessary research rather than the risk-taking forging forward that I need to do."
Thank you movingalong. I am trying to get myself to be mindful when this happens so that I can take myself in hand - but so often it is when I am tired or anxious. Researching seems to supply its own energy and sense of purpose, however spurious that purpose might be.
i think I need to get back to pomodoro basics: planning with them, logging them and keeping notes each time I am deflected.

Okay, i have faffed this morning - l can't blame tiredness. Thank you dear jalla for a lovely and apt starter - (I printed yesterday's Dr Seuss out so have that as well to guide me) - because my faffing was about doing more and more detailed and unneccessary research rather than the risk-taking forging forward that I need to do.
