4. Cooked and ate breakfast

8. Went to the 12 noon telephone CLA meeting

What I will do today

Things got a bit complicated today with emails from Landlords and problems with new flat so did not write book which is a pity. Am I experiencing demand resistance over this?

Oh the wisdom of Dr S and the kindness (and wisdom) of jalla. That is so lovely of you.- how could I not respond! l had a virus that has just left me unpredictably exhausted, so l would feel quite well for an hour or so and then suddenly be quite unable to do anything but take to my bed. My daily check ins began to look more like reproaches and manifestations of things not done.  Yesterday, though, I managed a couple of big tasks and I don't feel to bad today. 

I have done the washing and hung it out
