There was never a night or a problem
that could defeat sunrise or hope.

marcelor Friday

So, I should pause here and acknowledge that taking action on a few things have led to some progress. An email that I had procrastinated on for weeks gave immediate results.

I want to make some progress on restructuring chapter today. Can I do 4 pomos on it?

KF Check in 22nd Nov 10:10

Better start than yesterday. Yesterday was not a resounding sucess in the chargeable work stakes (something of an understatement). Today will be much better.

My mind is still full of ideas though. (A new topic today) I should really do some planning and brainstroming on this new one to capture the energy. It must all be for a reason and even if that's partially avoidance I cannot waste creativity. It's such a valauble resource. I will make sure to plan and take first actions on some of it so that I can bring into the world some good rather than feel awful about those things I want to do, but fail to act on.

Today I have already:

  • Had breakfast
  • Put the washing on
  • Had a shower
  • had loads of ideas!

Today I will:

  • Spend 5 mins only writing down my thoughts on this new idea. Not 5 mins but masses of ideas. Blimey
  • Put washing in dryer.
  • SD Do cash receipts
  • SD Write out assumptions/plans for rest of trans
  • SD do 3 poms on bank rec Did too much actually
  • SD ask accountant re what we can do about petrol
  • Text/phone SD re X and sales process
  • WASH UP - Just get out of the way. It won't take long and it makes so much difference to the kitchen.
  • HAVE SOMETHING FOR LUNCH
  • WALK TO SHOPS Laughing
