good starter moving, finally got courage and faith for my "next step", thank you hp, praying for courage and faith for one after that.

Day off today doing a few essentials otherwise resting, that is my plan so:
x Up prayer and reflection
x Check emails and posts
x Email friend
x Email electrician
x Take phone off hook
x Deal with mail when/if it comes - I find it hard to ignore mail
x Otherwise do whatever I feel like which I suspect will not be very much
+ check phone message from estate agent and wonder
+ check email from electrician and wonder
+ listen to programmes in French

x Write journal
x Prayer and reflection
Bed and sleep
Last night I was so very very tired and confused that I could not think straight and I need time off/out to find myself again.
Tonight I feel tired and fed up and yet everything is going fine with my new flat so I don't know what is wrong

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone meetinngs, and my life.
I want to thank movingalong for starting this trend
Things I will do today
1. Go to the 6:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting2. Take shower
3. Get dressed
4. Test blood sugar twice
5. Eat breakfast
6. Go to church/food bank
7. Put food away
8. Go to the 11:15 a.m. telephone DA workshop
9. Prayer and meditation morning and evening
10. Cook and eat lunch
11. Get medicine ready for the next two weeks
12. Cut onions
13. Cook and eat dinner14. Go to the 6:45 p.m. telephone OA meeting
15. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting
16. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting
17. Wash dishes
