I try to keep my Higher Power in mind as it's a cold, dark day and the temptation of wasting the day away under a blanket with TV, internet and sugar is very strong.

I missed two tasks, but I practiced and that was really important so I'm ok with it.

Posted Tuesday 12th at 06.45 Yesterday in the late afternoon I received an email which upset me and I didn't do anything much else for the rest of the day.
Haven't been able to check in these last two days. But here we go again

9-12 review the great ideas i had about tackling this writing, but which l never put to the test. In fact look for them when i have completed this check in and add them if possible.

clarify task for tlc 1.30. - 3 possibly planning and next steps:
'i need to get back to planning, making sure that i always identify next actions. Perhaps sheets of paper stuck to the wall in the hallway so i can add things when i think of them - and cross things off when I am done.'
