Today is a crazy day - way too many things happening. At this time, I have 3 hours to finish big project, or at least 1 part of big project. This part is almost done. It needs a little updating with new information just received. One new paragraph. A few new sentences to another paragraph. A little more info about another thing. Then print & carefully proofread.

Rexroth Check In 08.22

Woke at just past five and not feeling as well as I had hoped so a bit fed up. I'm happier looking at the Rumi quote and image. Thank you jalla. So list for today:

x Up prayer and reflection
x Check emails and posts
x Make and post this list
x Sort papers for photocopying
x Check emails re tax which I have been frightened to look at - I've done so and feel better for it
x Take papers to photocopy and
Buy a few bits of shopping - kinder to myself to do this locally rather than travel down town
x Write letter to credit card re camera and post with enclosures
x Download complaint form from Ombudsman and fill it in and
Write covering letter and sort papers and post to FOS
Rest a bit I'll need it and then...
x Have a shower
x Put on washing

Update 14.43 Friend phoned and we had a long chat. Got confused and muddled with Ombudsman papers and filed them for when my mind is clearer, this is not putting things off, I can do the job quickly and easily when my ming is clear

Now for the rest...

Then it depends on time and energy - but my next job is to get on with repairs to new flat

A new day...

I admit that I am powerless over my procrastination and debt and that my life had become unmanageable.  I came to believe that a Power greater than myself could restore me to sanity and I made a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of God. I humbly ask God to remove my shortcomings. I pray constantly and unceasingly only for knowledge of God's will for me today and the power to carry that out.  

Its not about the tasks - its about listening to the moment and going with the flow of the spirit - today and NOW.

Its not about the money, its about listening to the simplicity of need and contentment - today and NOW.

 Slept in a bit however, did 15mins pilates and healthy b'fast and now for reflection.

Update...

good day at work although one feedback that I'm mulling on, not pos or neg (neutral) but a valid point.

shopping for groceries and cashout - good healthy stuff, pretty much on budget.

went for 30min run/walk/run!!!

shower, cookedhealthy stirfry.

Now the hard bit - got to read on some pharm stuff... bed by 2330.

 

Tmr is the dreaded Thursday - up early and at café by 0730 in order to study 2 hours before work.
