x Some food preparation for tomorrow - some ok some not - why when an experiment does not work do I feel I am inadequate as a human being?

I have spent a lot of time this morning on useless browsing which I am quite ashamed of. Yesterday I was more productive and the way forward is clear, it's not even as though I have any major work problem to deal with.
Now it is more than time I got on my bike for some exercise before lunch. So I'll do that next, but need to make a pledge to return and work this afternoon. I will log in here again no later than 2 pm local time.
