  • Bed

  1. Listen to the rest of the book on mindfulness therapy
  2. Put add on Craigslist

HAVE THE MOTIVATION AND SELF DISCIPLINE TO STICK TO MY PLAN IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE MY LONG RANGE GOALS WHICH ARE ATTAINABLE IF I DO THE FOOTWORK.

Not at all a good morning. I will not absolve myself of the responsibility of taking action, but at the same time shouting at myself and putting myself down doesn't achieve much in the way of action either. Difficult to know what to do. Without structure I seem to amble in the wind and read and surf. But taking decisive action to improve my present and my future seems to be beyond me right now. I basically want to hide in inaction. I am afraid. Which is sad, but it's important to realise it.

Today I have already: 

  • Had a shower
  • Had breakfast
  • Had a good lunch (which is great because I have not been eating lunch (or many meals) very well lately) 

Today I will: 

  • Text SD - must do this. Must.
  • Put dinner in SC by 3pm not by then, but done.
  • Put some washing on
  • Dry some washing
  • Do some study
  • Wash up 

Thursday afternoon

  • readings

  • go to appt
  • post letters
  • greengrocers on way home

Greetings, thanks and encouragement to fellow journey-ers especially Lennon, Mole and Jalla with Thursday's posts/threads.

 

My plan for Thursday:

get up and shower to go to café 0715 - to gear up for big day of study as group session today. Sigh, I hate Thursdays for that reason - humiliation central (not all the time but nerve wracking nevertheless in front of your peers) = necessary evil.

 Topics: autonomic drugs, basic pharm

Plan of attack:

0630 up and shower

0700 leave for café - allowed to spend money for thurs

1000 buy fish, cook quinoa salad

1100 back to it!- revise!

1230 leave for work/session

****fill out timesheet for overtime not yet claimed***

1300-1700 torture

1715 pick up M

1800 dinner at grans (don't forget salad)

sleep well...
