Late start, but taking it easy today.

Today I have already: 

  • had a lie in after my late night
  • Had a great breakfast
  • put a wash on
  • had a shower
  • put washing outside
  • filled out form for Sol
Today I will:
  • Email SD
  • Wash up
  • Get wash back in
  • Post form & have a walk in the sun
  • Do some study did about 1.5 hours and submitted a short assignment and got 100% not bad... ;-)
  • Get domain name
  • Put sheets on
  • Fold washing
  • Finish stock
  • Have some lunch
  • Do dinner
14.29 Not doing so well. Am going for a walk to post my letter.
15.39 back from walk & post and having done the bed. Got loads of idea going round my head for things

Woke at 4.35 worrying about new flat, old flat, tax, old legal problems, etc. and could not get back to sleep so spent time praying to hand it all over. I feel like doing nothing until I know for sure I have my new flat. I say to myaelf I am too stressed and tired to do anything. This is not exactly true. My place and myself are both becoming a mess. So list for today.

This seems a long list but many tasks won't take long if I do them.

Update 11.18 x done and now for a rest

Update 21.16 after which I did not do much else except watch my emails like a cat at a mousehole waiting to hear from my solicitor which I haven't. I would have done better to go walking in the sunshine.

Thanks for the great starter, movingalong!

I am in a funk - again! So tired of getting scared of so many things. And a lot of tasks tugging at my attention all at once. Have cancelled one outing to give myself more time. The main task is to quote on G, but need to work out when I will do some more minor tasks as well. I think I'll run chat box style updates again, that seemed to help the other day. So,

9.40 am: look at today's tasks and make a plan - done, had to cut out a lot of non-urgent tasks, I wish those didn't tend to pile up, but at least I feel a bit less panicked.

10.05 am: important details for sending G- feeling ridiculously anxious - done, now feeling a lot better!

10.30 am: making juice for sore throat, then I will do next step for G

11.25 am: had juice but not next step for G, had to deal with one unexpected phone call then brought other phone call forward. Now behind schedule :( . But at least not wasting time myself.

12.15 pm: next step for G is done, but can see that there is not time for music and bike ride before lunch. Music will have to be later :( . Will go on bike ride now, but check in again before lunch to keep accountable on length of lunch break - long lunches are a big weakness for me

12.45 pm: short bike ride as it was raining. Lunch now, aim to be back no later than 1.45 pm. 

2.35 pm: Late back from lunch again. Somehow I think there will always be extra time to do stuff, but there isn't! Thinking that is really a symptom of the problem. There are only so many hours in the day. Next I am going to look up another job and ring the client

3.50 pm: Some progress (slow). Don't have all the information I need, but should ring client anyway.

5.05 pm: Left message for client, missed meditation group, will have a cup of tea now and stop paid work for today. Next: bin out and watering
