Woke early at six and still tired. I feel generally fed up for no specific reason I can think of and keep thinking of the things I have not achieved. I feel very childish this morning but I can still behave as an adult even if I don't want to. So list.

Home seems to have become an even more faffing place than usual, so I am sitting in a cafe after my Sunday morning commitments and trying to gain some clearsightedness - inspired by jalla's lovely misty mountains and the power of the words Serenity, Courage and Wisdom.
it is 11.30 so when I get home I will need to think about food. I don't think there is much in the house and I didn't get to the market this morning. Perhaps a shop later.
At 2.30 walk with B ask re K's trip
A little brainstorm of tasks which I can order later and work into a plan for the week:
find out about Othello
pay insurance, electricity and mowing - the middle one at PO at the same time as R's present which needs to be wrapped.
write to LM and apologise for late payment and ask about book
make list of research places and paperwork needed
make list of people to contact and prioritise actions,
draw out plan and time line with accomm proposals and talk to R about her involvement
Work out electronic needs and a plan - dragon versatility and scriv
