I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephoe meetings and my life.

I want to thank jalla for starting this trend.

Thing I have done today

Went to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 6:45 a.m. telephone OA meeting

2. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

3. Take shower

4. Get dressed

5. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

6. Go to the 8:30 a.m. telephone UA meeting

7. Go to the 9 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

8. Go to the 9:30 a.m. telephone OA meeting

9. Go to the 9:55 a.m. telephone CLA activity line

10. Go to the 10 a.m. telephone DA meeting

11. Go to the 11:15 telephone DA workshop

12. Wash and dry clothes

13. Get medicine ready for the next two weeks

14. Warm up and eat dinner 

15. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting

16. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting

Woke relaxed and grateful. I have plenty to do and the time and willingness to do it.

Revise work on solicitors info on new flat and plan todos and visit

x Phone S re her relative who is ill - 1hr 30min a very detailed phone call

Bed and sleep

Overall take it easy and take time to rest and relax - I don't have to complete everything today and it does not have to be perfect.

There are several things I have not done today but it has been more that I have spent a lot of time doing other things so I don't feel too bad about myself.
