having a lot of trouble getting down to work on my MITs today...the dis-ease wants to feel Important by swatting at flies, instead of working on the hard projects before me that are getting scarier by the hour from my procrastination.

I have missed some check-ins this week so just need to rat myself out on that. Now, resume my commitment! I admit I am powerless over compulsive procrastination, and my life has become unmanageable. I have come to believe that a Power Greater than my self can restore me to sanity. I have made the decision to turn my will and my life over the care of God as I understand God.
