having a lot of trouble getting down to work on my MITs today...the dis-ease wants to feel Important by swatting at flies, instead of working on the hard projects before me that are getting scarier by the hour from my procrastination.
I have missed some check-ins this week so just need to rat myself out on that. Now, resume my commitment! I admit I am powerless over compulsive procrastination, and my life has become unmanageable. I have come to believe that a Power Greater than my self can restore me to sanity. I have made the decision to turn my will and my life over the care of God as I understand God.

Today I am grateful for the first flock of blackbirds migrating noisily through the trees, for a sunny cool morning, a calm heart, the chance to work at home today, and a clear understanding of the day's work ahead:

Thank you jalla for gently bringing me back to beauty of the moment. Today is sunny without being hot, wisteria and roses and lots of new leaf trees sway in the breeze, the cat lies on the rug.
