Ended up calling in sick as fevers & felt worse overnight. Slept in. Healthy brunch- still using what's in cupboard.

Listened to a favourite song "there is a river" by Jars of clay - 

On all of those nights, spent alone in the darkness of your mind.
Give it up, Let go. These are things you were never meant to shoulder...

So I choose for those haunting thoughts to flee from my day today.

Eat healthy. Rest. Plan Prague accomm. Read through some physiology. In bed by 1030. Gargle throat every hour. Be better for tmr.
