Just reviewing the last few days posts & its been a big start to the week for a lot of people! Lots of stresses, thoughts, actions, non actions. All my encouragement & love to you all! For love pushes out fear!!!
I have been coming home from work lately being really discouraged & constantly obsessing about the decisions i made during the day. And i don't know whether to just walk away from this job if this kind of job is going to just bring stress to my life for the next 30years. Sure i have a job that lots of people compete for but if it means i will never be able to switch off or be haunted about 'what ifs' then is it worth it? And its not just a case of getting better at it- i study every dy after a min 11hr shift plus all my days off & i still just get more overwhelmed instead of more confident. Its prob self pity but.... is it worth it? I recognise that other people have different stress & pressure & that my insecurities are likely to be carried right into any other job i do because that is just me!
I need to talk w my psychologist again methinks.... also pretty sure my flu will be voiceless tmr so might just try go to bed & study early tmr before work.
Will think and wonder on thought for the day. Thank you Mole.

x Out to see friend in late afternoon and anything else I need to do down town if I can think what that might be - visited the museum
