I realised having a grid for 3Ts was just leading to lots of perfectionist self-destruction, so from now on it's an approach, not something I have to 'maintain' perfectly for a certain period of time.

N0 TV or internet surfing - try CI's 3T's (timed, task, tomorrow)

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.
I want to thank jalla for starting this trend.

3. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting
4. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting
5. Cook and eat breakfast
6. Take shower
7. Go through mail
8. Pay bills
9. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting
10. Eat dinner
11. Go to the 7 p.m. online EA meeting

2030 showered ready for phys
2030 - 2400 phys
midnight read, bedtime
0800 wake up for work at 1000! Be proud of your effort!
