I realised having a grid for 3Ts was just leading to lots of perfectionist self-destruction, so from now on it's an approach, not something I have to 'maintain' perfectly for a certain period of time.

3. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

4. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting

5. Cook and eat breakfast

6. Take shower

7. Go through mail

8. Pay bills

9. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

10. Eat dinner

11. Go to the 7 p.m. online EA meeting

12. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

13. Go to the online PA meeting after the business meeting
