Gym either home (100 squatts or single leg squatts while irnoning + 25 pull ups ) or go to the gym. ( 6 pm)

Show up (done), basics, plan , follow through

Friend invited me to Woman's Wellness Weekend at YMCA 600 acre retreat camp. Was the most wonderful time of play. Did everything from yoga, reiki, tower climb, zip line, crafts, drum circle, horses, and many non 12 atep support lectures with same concept. Now back to reality. Where to start, grateful I can "start" here by showing up. Thanks jalla for starter, Some people add "and the willingness to do it' , I think that is good for me to say today.

Boss is on vaca so I should be able to make some progress on back logged tasks this week :). I am blessed to have a great boss so not complaining, just observing that it's easier to complete tasks when the brilliant innovator isn't generating more brilliant innovations! 
Checkout: very wild day, unexpected addition of 2 major projects plus SIX key tasks that I forgot to even list this morning. Inbox, despite my best efforts to keep dealing and deleting promptly all day, was outta control: I addressed and filed more than 90 emails but still my Inbox has swelled from 25 to 45 by day's end. This is something other than procrastination: It's just plain nuts! Dysfunctional workplace.
