Feeling really irritable today. I woke early, but TBH I'd had 7 hours which is normally survivable. Slept another 1.5/2 on couch after reading a bit, but I think my body is still messed up from travelling.

LOL it is! One day at a time except not two days behind the actual date!!!!
I admit that I am powerless over my procrastination and debt and that my life had become unmanageable. I came to believe that a Power greater than myself could restore me to sanity and I made a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of God. I humbly ask God to remove my shortcomings. I pray constantly and unceasingly only for knowledge of God's will for me today and the power to carry that out.
Its not about the tasks - its about listening to the moment and going with the flow of the spirit - today.
Its not about the money, its about listening to the simplicity of need and contentment - today.
I ask forgiveness for not listeining to the flow this morning. I ask for strength and courage to listen to it today.
Forget about tasks - concentrate on study questions.

I've realised I'm trying to do two challenging things at once - get into the habit of a completely new way of using the internet (3Ts) AND get more done. So I'm giving myself permission to do one at a time. Keeping my lists as minimal as I can stand, and focusing on getting into the healthy internet use habit first. Taking away the work pressure should take away a lot of the motivation to escape into the internet.
