I am thankful for everyone in PA and the great support you've given me on the calls.

I am thankful for the higher power that I am opening myself to.

This is my first check-in. My task list for work and home could be 20+ impactful things. But I am starting to build the habit of focusing on getting one must-do item completed without distraction and let go of the worry about the other tasks.

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

2. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

3. Test blood sugar twice

4. Cook and eat breakfast

5. Refil my perscription medicine

6. Go to the 12 noon telephone CLA meeting

7. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA activity line

8. Go to my mom's apartment and get some food

9. Eat dinner

10. Go to the 6 p.m. telephone OA meeting

11. Go to the 8:30 p.m. telephone ACA meeting

12., Go to the 9 p.m. online EA meeting
