I can focus not on what might have been,
but on what will be.
I can find out what will happen if I take action.

Hypatia's check-in
not a good start to the day. People chasing me for work I haven't done, and a difficult phone call with a client coming up.

clement ci - day 274 attempting abstinence, 194 from self
11:39:48 ‹clement› i just set up a client. that should be good, the problem is that i am sure i am going to fail, so it just feels like i just set up a failure in front of someone else. so i'd rather keep my failures private.
11:40:33 ‹clement› i should know that i will probably succeed, and there is just a small chance i will fail. but i dont feel that way. i feel like i will fail almost surely and there's only a slight chance i will succeed

Well, feeling OK today. Despite the slight dread about tomorrow. The full force will hit later on, but for now I need to keep up my good work in other areas. SH is off sick today, so will have to try not let that distract me too much.
