I'm on a 1week mission trip and it's gr8. It is highly structured so not much chance to procras but there is free time. Missing my 12step mtgs and ckins. I am still an addict.

Feeling OK right now. Feeling more confident that previous challenges overcome mean that I can overcome others. Anxiety about doing put-off things is reducing slightly. Feeling that something like GTD could really help me, if only I could face up to all my tasks and keep up the lists.

Today I have already:
